"The fundamentals of leadership are not a fad. While the context of leadership has changed dramatically, the content of leadership has endured the test of time." ~James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner, Ph.D.

"Debi’s passion does not exhaust. She wanted to help build the charter school movement throughout Oregon and beyond. Therefore, she has poured her energy into an association of schools, seeking to encourage, strengthen, teach, and build up others. She has shown a remarkable ability for organizing events and people. These efforts reflect her compassion for others and selflessness..."

BE the Change.
Francis Chan wrote in his book Multiply, "Teach what you learn". The emphasis is to teach you how to pass along the information you learn. We have learned to easily share information through technology, but we have not learned to "walk the talk" or "model the change".
There are leaders all over the world who are making positive differences in the lives of others. I was honored while in Vietnam for supporting their vision for creating a western model school. These men made it happen, it was their vision, they allowed me to be a part of.
